The Hotel staff are welcoming and work to accommodate! The hosting staff also work hard and do an excellent job making our experience pleasant, safe and fun. There are several restaurants there that I miss, especially Tobey Keith and the 66 diner. The beds are comfortable and the cleaning staff do amazing at cleaning the rooms! Concerts there are fun and there are a variety of genres on a nightly bases. (downside the rooms are dark - has dark wood and the windows have a reddish tinting- I'm pretty sure that was a mistake done years ago LOL). The rooms are large and they have great large showers. I like the suites tower because it is over the no smoking gaming area.
The staff are very friendly and helpful! The very large no smoking section is a fun place to play. I love HardRock Hotel! I've been going there for several years often.
